Deacons
Deacon is responsible for ministering to the needs of church members and offering support to the Pastor.  Assist the Senior Pastor in serving the needs of the church family, providing guidance, hope and comfort to members within assigned wards; ensure that, upon request, Paradise members are visited and prayed for during times of hospitalization.

Associate Licensed Ministers
Serve the church and community on a voluntary basis by participating in services, ministering the Word, and performing weddings and funerals upon request. Call the church office for contact information.

Executive Committee
Assists the Senior Pastor with personnel issues and acts on his behalf during extended absences; consists of the Deacon chairman and vice chairman, Trustee chairman and vice chairman, the Treasurer and Asst. Treasurer, and the Chief Operating Officer.

Mothers
Provide guidance, counsel, and advice to younger women within the church; assist Deacons with the preparation of communion and baptism, and serve in other ways as needed.

Trustees
Manage the affairs and financial business of the church in consultation with the Senior Pastor and subject to the ultimate authority of the members.

Nurses
Provide limited medical treatment to Paradise members and guests and assist ushers in ensuring everyone's physical safety and well-being while in the Paradise facility.

Greeter
The Greeter is responsible to ensure that every person entering the church is greeted and that visitors are offered assistance as appropriate so that everyone feels important and welcome. Greeters will be asked to serve during special events also.

Hospitality Coordinator
The Hospitality Coordinator will oversee the hospitality ministry to ensure that every person entering the church is greeted and that visitors are offered assistance as appropriate so that everyone feels important and welcome and is able to find their desired destination easily.

Usher
The Usher will regularly participate in worship services and will assist with literature distribution; welcoming, directing, and seating guests and others as needed; and collecting offerings.

Missions Coordinator
The Missions Coordinator will lead the effort to maintain a comprehensive missions program in the church and is responsible for exploring missions opportunities, keeping the church informed regarding potential and ongoing missions involvement, and serving as a liaison between the church and missionaries.

Youth Activities Coordinator
The Youth Activities Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities for teens to promote fun, fellowship, spiritual development and ministry involvement.

Men’s Ministry Director
The Men’s Ministry Director will provide direction and vision and will organize, coordinate, and oversee the men’s ministries of this church.

Women’s Ministry Director
The Women’s Ministry Director will provide direction and vision and will organize, coordinate, and oversee the women’s ministries of this church.

Praise Team Leader
The Praise Team Leader will organize and lead the church praise team in presenting special praise and worship music to the congregation and leading the congregation to join in praise and worship.
